MrTools Posted February 20, 2010 Posted February 20, 2010 (edited) Here is my second attempt (work with me here, i am not too good at these ) However this one turned out to be really good in my opinion, one of my best yet. Criticism is welcome its the only way the mistakes can be fixed. what did i tell you? Used some ball joints and made it very easy to pose (which adds to playability) The arms (my second weakness next to legs) are composed of three sections upper, middle, and the hand. Not too much detail with the greebles on the back, i think its a good amount. Oh whats that? no weapon? Fine here you go (The AMP suits from Avatar didn't have built in weapons) Thanks for looking, let me know what you think EDIT (oh my a misspelling in the title. ) Edited February 20, 2010 by MrTools Quote
NewRight Posted February 20, 2010 Posted February 20, 2010 I really like those hands. It has a great shape. Nice work on all of this. Quote
prateek Posted February 20, 2010 Posted February 20, 2010 Very nice! It reminds me of those Avatar suits, minus the huge weapons. I love how the tractor cockpit piece looks Quote
LuxorV Posted February 20, 2010 Posted February 20, 2010 Nice build, MrTools! I like the cockpit and the details on the back and arms, and the way it is very posable Keep them coming! LuxorV Quote
Prime Brick Posted February 20, 2010 Posted February 20, 2010 Are the hands poseable, or do they not move? Quote
MrTools Posted February 20, 2010 Author Posted February 20, 2010 the hand itself car rotate 360 degrees and up and down. Quote
Legostein Posted February 20, 2010 Posted February 20, 2010 Hello! I like the use of the large windscreen piece you used here. It's not a typical pice for a mecha, but it looks simply great here. The pose in the second is incredible! And also the image with the lightsabre is a funny touch. Cheers, ~ Christopher Quote
Fires-storm Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 An amazing piece of work you have here, sir! I love the hands, and the cockpit came out excellently! you say you aren't good at these, but I believe you have just made yourself an excellent mech MOC builder, 'least in my eyes Quote
MrTools Posted March 2, 2010 Author Posted March 2, 2010 Thank you very much i say I'm not too good, mainly because i have seen so many others online already that i couldnt compete to. I'm going to start working a lot harder on my Sci-Fi creations for the next few months its my favorite theme I'm just not that good at recreating them. Quote
