I am pretty sure there will be plenty on Bricklink but since I dont know the name of this brick I am not able to search for it. Has someone got one for sale please? I have attached a picture for reference.

Technic, Pin Connector Toggle Joint Smooth Double with 2 Pins http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=48496 To find it, I did a search for "pins", and then scrolled through the list of parts that was returned. Bricklink's search isn't the easiest to use, but in this case it turned out pretty well.
