Here my MOC for a repair van. There was one like this on my street last week changing some street light bulbs. Heres a LINK to what the real on looks like.

Yes it is based on 7245 Prisoner Transport

I've never seen a truck like that but of course I'm in the US, but you nailed it perfectly. Looks like a dodge work van with an arm coming out of the top.

Really great work. My only suggestion would be to make it a few studs taller, since those are really tall vans in real life.

Nice to see your police van got the make over into a sparky truck, have you considered using the 2009 camper van instead, that would give you height and it opens up to store lights and tools.

Thanks for the idea...I have a spare camper roof some where, I have a play over the next few days and put up some more pics when done.
