Legostein Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 (edited) Hello everybody! The mini model compilations I presented over the last months were of course not meant to be complete. So it happens that I build a model belonging to those. Thus I'd like to present three brand new starfighter additions to you. -------------------- Let's start with the "Havoc", a starfighter belonging to the Nubian Starships set. The "Havoc" is a Scurrg H-6 Prototype Bomber appearing mainly in computer games. It's nicely orange and features a nicely snotty engine block, as I wanted to use the slightly bigger minifig heads as engiens instead of normal 1x1 round bricks. -------------------- The second starfighter addition is the real TIE Advanced, not Vader's TIE which is the TIE Advanced X1. It's also known under his nickname "TIE Avenger". As many TIE Fighters are similar to each other, this construction is also similar to my TIE Interceptor model you might remember from the TIE Fighter set. -------------------- The last new model for today is for Jedi Starfighter set. It's the Delta-7B Aethersprite Light Interceptor. It's the direct predecessor of the normal Delta-7 (without B) starfighter. The main difference is the centered astromech droid compared to the older model. This one has been built in the colour scheme of Anakins Delta-7B from the Clone Wars TV series. -------------------- With that I am done for today. Thanks for your time and interest. Have a good friday. Soon it's week-end! Cheers, ~ Christopher Edited January 31, 2010 by KimT Quote
