I Scream Clone Posted January 28, 2010 Author Posted January 28, 2010 I love that saloon - especially the detailed balcony supports detailing I like how you've photographed it so the bricks look like dark tan and dark brown too The masters secrets! These are both great I love the classicstyle of them both. I would love to see more out of the series. Its happening as we speak, hope to get some building done in the next week or so. Wow nice western MOCs. The saloon has a great balcony and good deatailed supports also you have captured the feeling of a western diorama with the gunfight about to happen with the creative tumbleweedsNow for the sheriff's office. how you did the dark green and lighter green is really creative and the roof and deck are great too. I would enjoy seeing more of the series if there is more, yet it would also be alot more authentic if you did the inside of the buildings. Wonderful MOCs, these western creations have been becoming more commen hopefuly TLC will relize people still enjoy the western theme and reintroduce it to Lego I would love to see a Western series in the next few years, but the schedule looks pretty chock-a-block at the moment with Pirates being cancelled. I really like the style of the MOC, this is top notch. The style is a lot like Kris Kelvin his MOC. Are you two planning a layout or something? Is there an interior? Do you have some back shots? Kind regards, Teddy Thanks, an interior Saloon is in the works for later on Kris and I seem to operate on the same wavelength, nothing like a bit of healthy rivalry to spur you on! Quote
Captain Blackmoor Posted January 29, 2010 Posted January 29, 2010 Looks great! A nice start for a wild-west town. I like the rolling bushes and the building architecture. The green with white colours for the Sheriff's office work very well. The cowboys and bandits are nice too. Great job and good luck with the expansion! Quote
Hound Knight Posted January 29, 2010 Posted January 29, 2010 I love the these, the saloon especially! The balconies and doors are top-notch. The "bushes" (for lack of a better word... sorry) are fantastic ! Those are what they call "tumbleweeds". Quote
Big Cam Posted January 29, 2010 Posted January 29, 2010 Really great designs, I love the perfect balcony, just like it would ahve been back then, and that tumbleweed is hilarious. A perfect little add on. Quote
Matn Posted January 30, 2010 Posted January 30, 2010 Awesome buildings, I Scream Clone! Like I've said many times before, I am a huge fan of your building style. The colours look well together, the architecture is very nice. The details are great and the action going is also great. Those are nice decals you've made there, they fit perfectly! And the tumbleweed are well thought out. Great job! Quote

Ras 74 Posted February 3, 2010 Posted February 3, 2010 Very great creations both of them! Western seems to have a massive return on EB these days. Would have loved to see an interior of both those establishments. Quote
I Scream Clone Posted February 3, 2010 Author Posted February 3, 2010 I am working through an idea for a saloon interior soon. Thanks for the nice comments. Quote
