I literally begged for this like every day, since it was practically confirmed on Lego Star Wars 1. I know this would be the PERFECT game for me, the first was great, but I knew this would be so much better. And now these pics, thank you SO MUCH!!! HEAVEN! (Sorry these pics have really got me lol). I am a GIANT fan of the OT, and I buy all the sets as soon as I can, to have them in a game is like the best... a whole Lego OT game... YAY!!! Quote

At least we're guaranteed 4 boss fights: Darth Vader, Darth Vader, Boba Fett, and Darth Vader. We might also get the Emperor, and Jabba the Hutt[playing as Leia]. I can't wait to play as Lando Calrissian. Quote

Several trade magazines soon to be on newsstands contain the breaking news and a recent story on TheForce.net confirms it. A two-page Episode IV poster featuring Lego characters has been distributed to select Star Wars fans. (Images showing the new game were pulled from the site soon after they were published yesterday.) When telephoned, LucasArts would not officially confirm or deny the new game. Eidos distributed the original Lego Star Wars and made out like a bandit on LucasArts' misjudgment when LucasArts declined to publish it. Eidos is now working with the same Traveller's Tales team to develop a similar-style Lego Bionicle game. When contacted today, Eidos was unable to confirm the title. But IGN learned from outside sources that the Bionicle and Lego Star Wars games will be announced within weeks. Expect to see both titles on current-generation consoles.
