Comment: They already exist :pir-classic: Take a look in this thread: Greencoats

Also take a look at page 2 and 3.

Thanks, I knew the name sounded familiar, but I didn't realy see anyone thats accually a "devoted" green coat through and through besides in a few contests, like the one you showed me,

where they quickly switched back to one of the other two groups (red/blue)

I always enjoy having a new faction to fight. Green coats have been fun in the past and your version fighting under the jolly roger sounds great. You might want to run the idea by Captain Green Hair. He is in charge of all things green...or is it all things hairy...I can never remember. :pir_laugh2:

The Bluecoats are at war with them indeed. :pir_laugh2:

So how are your Greencoats going to look like? Custom torso decals or just a pirate force?

pirates. :jollyroger:

And to be more specific... I'd meant to have a group in all red vs. blue battles. (or just quite a few of them) as too add more diversity.

Haha, that is gold! Captain Green Hair will get a laugh out of that one! :pir_laugh2:

On a side note, I think this could work, but I doubt it will. You may get a few people who print out some decals and post green coat MOCs, but the truth is that you could never compete with red and blue for one reason. They are official minifigs, and there are a huge number of them out there.

Well I in fact have 0 (official) red/blue coats and only pirates/harry potter minifigs. :pir-tongue: (I've only gotten 3 new sets in at least the last 4 years :pir-cry_sad: ) And its mainly only a suggestion, per se to include pirates (green coats) in more contests... :pir-classic:

If you notice in green vs. blue, everyone used pirates as the green coats, and do not necesarily have green coats, just a representation of pirates. Kinda like red represents the British, and Blue, the French, Green would represent pirates, and not necisarily what color coat their wearing...

I was thinking of starting a new group called the green coats (Green seems like an awesome color :pir-sick: ) To represent those on the pirate side :jollyroger: of the battle line. Any comments on the idea? :pir-sceptic:

Ha Green Coats!!!... maybe I can push it when LEGO relaunch Pirates in the far future... have to keep this in mind.

Wait i just realised something. Both the greencoats and the bluecoats are both outnumbered by the redcoats, but if we join forces we might be able to send the lobsterbacks back home to Britain!

P.S In the american revolution the Hessian mercenaries wore green coats!

They di wear green coats... but it was much more common for them to wear blue/navy blue coats.

BTW: I'm a redcoat... :pir-skull: (but I would be a greencoat if I had the choice)

In my lego rockband game you get the imperial guard torso. Then you get to choose the color. Red, blue, green, and black are the ones I remember off the top of my head. If you want I could take a picture.

leg godt,

Who would ever buy lego rockband? Lego videogames were fun back when I was 9 and the original lego starwars game came out. Nowadays they seem rather childish. Though I don't think you get the point of this topic, which I may remind you, is for the purpose of introducing pirates into more battles of retribution, who are known as "green coats", though they don't necissarily wear green coats.

I thought you were going to transform into Captain Bluehair because of the TOR II?
