Molds

a am new to customization, could some one tell me how to make a mold?

I use silicone for my molds. You'll have to buy it though. I suggest Tap Plastics. There's tutorials and stuff at their site.

Lego uses ABS plastick.

I can tell you what you need to know. I'm no customizer, and that's for sure, but some easy tips I have are:

1. Use clay. If you have a good steady hand and find some good clay, your on your way to making great pieces. The most specific customizers love to use Sculpey.

2. If you're like woody64, you can magically go on the internet and create your own pieces, and them buy them all made. You'd have to ask him how he does it or what site he uses, but he can do it and it looks really good.

Shapeways. Pretty much you give them the design, and they sculpt it for you.
