Admiral Ron Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 I made this last year and I thought it was funny, so here we go. Crossing the bay the Commodore and Captain land ashore Mr Marmalade takes care of the boat What else lies out there..... Quote
Commodore Hornbricker Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Cool. They look great in the real world. The second picture is my favorite. Quote
Tereglith Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 You filed down a stick to be clip-compatible? That's awesome! Quote
Jack Bricker Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Really cool. Did you actually file down a stick to hold the flag? If so you did a fabulous job. I also liked the rest of the scene. You should put the Imperial Flagship in the background digitally so that the scene looks more spectacular. Quote
Admiral Ron Posted January 20, 2010 Author Posted January 20, 2010 I wish I could, but i dont have the software to do that, thanks for all the comments everyone! Quote
Big Cam Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 haha, very fun. Bold move taking them in the real water. but it really helps the pics. I really like the boat on the rocks that are wet but the water is really low. Great shot!! Quote
Lorentzen Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 I wish I could, but i dont have the software to do that, thanks for all the comments everyone! I could do it for you if you sent me the original pictures you took :) I could be fun Great pictures and story btw - I love to see LEGO out in the real world Quote
Ryan_T Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 haha! Nice! Those are some shiny clean rocks. your welcome. Quote
Admiral Croissant Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Maybe a better title is Exploration: The REAL world Those are some very nice pictures, the best way to make the water is ofcourse using real water. It's also a great landscape to make some pictures. Very cool Quote
Admiral Ron Posted January 20, 2010 Author Posted January 20, 2010 haha! Nice! Those are some shiny clean rocks. your welcome. Thats great! thanks for all the responses everyone! Quote
Uvga Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Wow. Very good idea combine together the Lego world and the real world. It looks really beautiful. Quote
Captain Blackmoor Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Yeah I like it as well, nice pictures. Looks like your men had a long travel crossing that lake on a rowboat. Is there a following story about what they find on the shore? That would be very nice! Quote
Admiral Ron Posted January 21, 2010 Author Posted January 21, 2010 Maybe if i go back to that spot this year to camp i will make something there :) Quote
