diggitydug Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 Dear Fellow Eurobrickers. I was unable to see the program when it aired due to a bit of a work emergency. Work before pleasure when your the sole bread winner. I have searched all around the internet trying to find out if it is comming on again, OR, if there is some other *ahem* way of obtaining the video to watch it. If some kind AFOL here on eurobricks could Private Message me I would deeply appreciate it. Diggity Quote
sologuy369 Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 I would like a link too! Or a show time in the near future ! Quote
Bfahome Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 I watched it here. Also, there's a preexisting condition Atlantis topic here. Quote
ILikePi Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 (edited) I watched it here. Thanks for the link!It was a very entertaining movie, and I enjoyed it very much. There was lots of LEGO humor too, like how Lance's hair fell off and the AFOL Times newspaper. The only thing I hated was the size of the ships when compared to the sets. The Neptune Carrier was gigantic - the cockpit of the Carrier in the movie was as large as the actual set! It was a large advertisement, but it was very a good one. It makes me want to buy some sets now that I know the story line of the theme, especially the Wreck Raider because it has Ace! Edited January 21, 2010 by ILikePi Quote
Lordofdragonss Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Great animation! I love all Lego jokes inside. Propably Clutch powers will have the same animation- nd that makes me happy! The movie IMO was little too fast, but it was really funny and have nice scenes (like manta guys appears) and nice fitting music too. Anyone noticed that one of the newspapers was named AFOL Times? Oky Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Anyone noticed that one of the newspapers was named AFOL Times? It has only been pointed out a hundred times. I recorded this and wanted to post it, but I had trouble uploading it to YouTube. Sorry. I'm glad there was still a way for you guys to see it. I liked it very much too. Quote

prateek Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 I watched. It has great animation, but the story wasn't all that exciting. I guess it's for kids, so it is pretty good considering that Quote
CMP Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Haha, I love Lego so much. I'm sure we all do. Quote
Oky Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 (edited) You know what I just realized? Bobby, the newbie on the team, who comes in the impulse and Guardian of the Deep sets was completely missing in the move! Too bad, since they could have had him do lots of funny noobish things. But he could have been annoying too. This reminds me of something someone once said: That explains guardian of the deep then, they were getting sick of bobby and sent him off to have a chat with a giant shark alone. I guess RampantDingo was right. Edited February 1, 2010 by Oky Wan Kenobi Quote
diggitydug Posted February 1, 2010 Author Posted February 1, 2010 (edited) I could see the old man now as he hands Bobby his air tank. "No.. really Bobby... if you rub that giant shark right under his left forward fin, he will go completely relaxed. And then he will be your friend for life!". lightningtiger Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 Just watch the whole movie, they could a whole tv series on this. Reminds me a bit of Sealab 2020 and Marine Boy. My son just watch it with me, now I'm stuck he wants some sets he saw in the footage. I guess that is what they were aimming for to sell toys ! I'm a conformist! ! Quote
L-space Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 Try this. Tanks mate, I will watch it home. Work internet sucks. Quote
