Lord Starkiller Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 (edited) Part 1/15 of my Random battle droids These defense droids were battle droids employed to guard the Rakatan temple on Honoghr. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Rakata_temple_defense_droid Top: Bottom: Front: Front ( Gun ): Instructions: Coming soon! Sorry for blurry pics. Part 2: Droideka Part 3: Turret Droid Edited January 17, 2010 by Lord Starkiller Quote
Legostein Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 Hello! I wouldn't say that blurriness is the real problem here. It's the lack of light. Don't you have a bright halogen lamp handy? Or maybe use your camera's flashlight. The images are so dark that you can hardly see anything. Thank you, ~ Christopher Quote
samurai-turtle Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 From the picture you linked the top part of the droid needs work. The torsos I would use a battle droid body, for the arms I would use the same robot limbs that you are using for the legs. I am not sure about what you could use for the head. And the gun looked like it was built right into the arms. Quote
JCC1004 Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 (edited) I can't see anything. Try retaking these with some light like Legostein suggested. I can broghten them for you. Give me a little time. BTW save this on your computer because they will be deleted after 24 hours. There you go! The first two images appear to be the same so I only posted them once. EDIT: Too late. You can redo them yourself at http://tjshome.com/imageconverter.php Edited January 18, 2010 by JCC1004 Quote
Rook Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Wooly crap I can't see a thing. Yeah you need to set up a little photo studio. Or even the best MOCs will look like crap-o-matic. Quote
Big Cam Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 IT is awfully dark, and hard to see, but from the top it does resemble the droid you are talking about. Quote
prateek Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 From what I can tell, good job, but in the future try getting a lamp or something. Quote
RileyC Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 From what I will be able to see it looks pretty good. It would be nice if you could retake the pictures with some better lighting. Quote
BlueDragonZ Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 Pictures are very hard to see even when I turned up both the contrast and brightness to high. It looks cool but better lighting would be even better. Quote
