I would like info on how to make custom pirates rather than buy a Jack sparrow for 15.oo bucks, could i make him on my own? any websites and general construction info thanks same for the guards Quote

You'll find lots of topics that display custom figures and decals. Since you're looking more specifically for Pirates stuff, I would recommend checking out The Great Pirate Torso Library. You'll find lots of official and unofficial decals here, and if for whatever reason you didn't find what you wanted, you could give a specific request in the Decal Wish List thread. Hope this helped.
