Not happy with TLC's very MegaBlok seeming Buzz Lightyear, I have created my own version (a new head).

Great custom, but I must agree, I think you should loose the hat.

And I, ladies and gentlemen, will stand in defense of the minifigure. I think that Sir Gecko managed to capture to face extremely well and leaving it LEGOish at the same time. As for the head, it could use some extra work, but it's fine as it is anyway! )

Though I do agree he could lose the hat.

Maybe, instead of the hat, just paint the head the same colour. Would look alot better imo.

Having actually seen Toy Story I have to say the "official" Buzz head is spot on.

I don't see how MB enters the picture when creating licensed figures.

I too dont care very much for the lego version, (it doesnt look very lego-y) but this is a big improvement.

althougth i would remove the cap type thing you have on his head, so theres a stud showing

I see what he was trying to do with the hat. It has a nice effect, but I, too would have to say to lose the hat and paint the rest of the head purple.
