Splat Posted November 4, 2011 Posted November 4, 2011 My 10188 Star Wars Death Star and 10193 Medieval Market Village got delivered to my workplace yesterday. I took the Death Star home, and built half of it last night. It's been a while since I've built with System bricks (I normally collect Technic), but I'm enjoying the build so far. I'll take the Medieval Market Village home with me tonight, and finish building them both over the weekend if I have time. Quote

Widdi Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 (edited) Didn't find any 80s houses, but instead got one set from eac decade between 1960 and 2000: Got a 329 Antigue Car from 1967, the small jetplane from 1972 (609), which missed a piece, but that was fixed with the same but more modern piece in a few seconds. Third that one, with a newer Technic Figure, but complete without box (one small technic bush lost, but fixed with a slightly newer one (from 1990s) in a few seconds Classic 8855 Prop Plane from 1988, which is exactly my birth year And lastly the Classic Paradisa Poolside Paradise from 1992 complete with box and original Minifigs (quite expensive for just almost 20 years, due to rarity nowadays at almost 60€) Classic 1992 6416, will write up reviews for both newer sets (with own pictures not linked ones). mFg Widdi Edited November 10, 2011 by Widdi Quote

Rocketbilly Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 (edited) I recently purchased a Space Truck Getaway and Hyperspeed Pursuit from Amazon UK, with free postage with both sets being cheaper than they would have been when they were more readily available. Really happy because now I'm only two sets away from having all of the first wave of my beloved SP3 and of course, they were bargainous. They were being sold by the specialist toy shop about 15 minutes away from me who, at the beginning of the year got a few Space Police sets in stock - unusual because here in the UK Space Police was a LEGO exclusive line - only available online and from LEGO stores. When you take into account how far away from a LEGO store I am and me being unable to shop online during SP3's heyday coupled with the fact SP3 is my favourite theme means I am incredibly happy with this purchase Edited November 8, 2011 by Rocketbilly Quote
Big Cam Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 Technically I didn't pay for them yet, but these showed up yesterday, I got half way through sorting them this morning. Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 Technically I didn't pay for them yet, but these showed up yesterday, I got half way through sorting then this morning. Because you didn't pay for them, "they're" gone! Quote
eliminator Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 Ordered from Amazon.fr today. My order ended being almost 50% what I'd pay MSRP here in Canada. I was going to get the Pet Shop, but couldn't resist this deal: and 3 of these: Quote
