Inconspicuous Posted December 28, 2009 Posted December 28, 2009 After a long LOTR Mocing break, I decided to do another small one. I built this in about 15 minutes with the help of a friend, and I'm pleased with the result. This is a small vignette of the scene at Mount Doom where Gollum gets the ring, but falls into the lava. Gollum is a burnt skeleton holding the ring and sinking into the lava. There is a mini cliff and mini Frodo and Sam and the top. I also made it tilt back to use "forced perspective" to make it look better. Enjoy, and check out my other LOTR MOCs in my signature. -Inky Quote
Legostein Posted December 28, 2009 Posted December 28, 2009 Hello! Using the skeleton leg as an arm is really original! Cheers, ~ Christopher Quote
Forresto Posted December 28, 2009 Posted December 28, 2009 The perspective on this is really good and I would never have hought of using the skeleton leg in that way. Great job and I can't wait to see more from you. Quote

Milan Posted December 29, 2009 Posted December 29, 2009 Your "forced perspective" is excellent. I am not so big fan of the movie, but when I showed this to my younger brother, he really liked it! Well done. Quote
