Today I went to the mall, and walked out with a large PaB cup and the Winter Toy Shop PaB box full of parts. Among these are 141 (!!!) transparent yellowish-green jewels.

Question:

WHAT in the name of HADES' HARLOTS am I gonna do with 141 JEWELS?

What would YOU do?

Make a Mars Mission or Rock Raiders/Power Miners MOC, where the invading humans have stumbled upon the motherlode and the martians or Rock Monsters are making their last stand.

This is from many PaB cups filling voids and "topping off" large cups.

I bet you could pour them into a crevase in a MOC and make a pretty cool looking river (or lake) of sulfuric acid...

what is a PaB, and I like the idea of the fiver of acid, I think that is all you can do with pieces in that quantity, you could stick some figures on bricks so they could be half and half in the air and in the river, give them frightened faces and mabey one arm yellow or flesh and the other a skeleton arm.

What do you mean by a "Winter Toy Shop PaB box full of parts" ? I got the Winter Toy Ship. My fav Lego set ever! I wish I got 2 so that I could have made a double decker like someone did in the thread that asks for people to post picks of their Winter Toy Shop. I've also gotten Pick a Brick cups. They are fun. But what is a Winter Toy Shop Pick a brick? Did you mean you got a bunch of pick a brick cups and poured them into the Winter Toy Shop box? Or do they have some special Winter Toy Shop PaB box? I've only recently learned that in Legolands they have Pick a Brick boxes or crates or tubs.

I got the Winter Toy Shop as part of the order, so I thought it came with that, but upon further investigation this seems more accurate.

My idea right now is to make a cave near the Islander area of my layout with a sunken floor, filled with jewels and other treasure , and put my King Kahuka throne in the center.

But I'd love to keep hearing everyone's ideas, they're great inspiration!

My brother (who so effectively packed the cup) and I have decided to use them as currency for special items in our Lego RPG, for which I am building the layout.

wow thats a lot of jewels! I liked the idea about pouring them into a crevasse. You could create a jewel box, as in have a box with all the jewels around the outside.

What do they do to the free PAB Box so that they know it has been used? Do they stamp it or punch a hole in the bar code? Just curious how it works as I have not brought mine in yet and I'd like to keep the box. It's a really nice box printed inside with shelves and outside looks like a house. From what you wrote it sounds like you got to keep yours and filled it. I was thinking they take it and give you a small cup to fill. But I guess not. So the question remains, what prevents someone from coming back and getting a free refill.

Yeah, I'd probably do that with my Crystal Reaper too.

Or simply build a mine, set it underneath my LEGO Town's table, and have the Power Miners and Mars Mission Team go into an all-out war over the crystals with the Jellies and the Rock Monsters.

Or build a modular bank, build the second floor as a giant safe, fill it with the jewels, and have some people swimming in it as listed earlier.

LMAO! "moral-less hellion" I'm sure I could find a way too but like you, I wouldn't want to steal from Lego, one of the remaining big comapies that have good morals and care about the family unit and people. Now if it was Walmart on the other hand...

On another note, some speaking of the Mars Mission Crystal Reaper, we just built ours and it is a really nice vehicle. The Power Functions receiver and extra motor I needed will arrive in the mail soon. :)
