Hiya,

I'm fairly new to the forums and have recently been creating some Doctor Who MOCs and photographing them. I'm looking forward to tackling some more original dioramas in the future.

The Daleks are as small as I can get them but are still disproportionally large when compared to the minifigs...so I haven't photographed them together!

Let me know what you think! I haven't actually customised any of the elements yet so the Doctor isn't quite right at times...

There's more here

Wow! You have done a super job with these MECHALEX! The Doctor looks really good, and the Daleks look amazing! The Cybermen remind me of the old shows. The seventh Doctor looks very funny!

Mind posting instructions for those Daleks? :cry_happy:

These are brilliant. I have been a long time Doctor Who fan and I have never seen the daleks built in lego so well.

It really captures the likeness in the original pose.

Thanks for the kind words! I'll put together some instructions as soon as I can. I did steal a trick or two along the way from past Dalek builders but I can't remember who to thank. I do know that using a spanner to create the eye-stalk featured previously on brickshelf so can't claim the credit for that.

This is my kind of topic on the Doctor Who lego builds. Very nice job indeed  I am hoping to make some character lego's build of my own and will post. I have another lego build that I am trying to finish soon.

Easily the best Daleks I've ever seen *snip*

I absolutely agree with Batbrick on this, they are the best Daleks I have ever seen , (really great photography too) I have been keeping an eye of all the Doctor Who MOCs I can find around. Very, very nice!

I like the Doctor too, lovely sonic screwdriver.

Speaking as the co-author of Howe's Transcendental Toybox (the guide to Doctor Who merchandise) and an enthusiastic returnee to LEGO (thanks to Cafe Corner), may I just agree that these are the most incredible, brilliant Daleks ever achieved at that scale in LEGO. I've seen lots of attempts but this has absolutely nailed it. Beautiful job!

Thanks Arnold! That means a lot. I know of you both as author and poster on various Who forums so I'm most flattered!

The Daleks are great. They could do with some different colours though.

Where do the Cybermen heads come from? I don't think I've seen them before.
