MacEnergy Posted December 17, 2009 Posted December 17, 2009 (edited) My story started many years ago in 1994 or 1995 (I don't quite remember) when I was a child and I was visiting Poland. There I've bought 6020 Lego Magic Shop. It was wonderful. Several years later I've sold it and other sets with catalog to my friend and forgot about it. 2 month ago I was browsing internet and suddenly met 6020 set. I felt such a huge nostalgia... I recalled how I was watching pictures in lego catalog and dreamed about huge castles. In the beginning of 90s they didn't sell Lego in Russia, except for major cities maybe. I decided to make my dreams of childhood come true, and to start collecting Lego Castle with themes from my childhood. I've chose themes to collect: Dragon Masters Wolfpack Royal Knights Dark Forest Forestmen I've ordered several sets in the internet and today they came: 1712 Crossbow Cart (1993) 1736 Wizard's Cart (1993) 1596 Ghostly Hideout (1993) 6075 Wolfpack Tower (1992) 6048 Majisto's Magical Workshop (1993) I've ordered about 10 sets more and they will come later. I buy all sets new, except for Forestmen theme, because it's very old and ridiculously expensive. Edited December 17, 2009 by MacEnergy Quote
Big Cam Posted December 17, 2009 Posted December 17, 2009 Wow, congrats on all those old gems, and welcome to the forums!! Do you plan to open them or are you a MISB collector? Quote
MacEnergy Posted December 17, 2009 Author Posted December 17, 2009 Do you plan to open them or are you a MISB collector? Of course i will open them, I'm not on that stage of collector's madness to leave them unopened. I'll open them tomorrow and later and make review on each set. Quote

If not that's cool too, I look forward to seeing them. Quote
BlueDragonZ Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Welcome ! Glad you found some MISB classic castle sets. Those sets are pretty pricey especially in MISB now adays. Quote
