I am new at Eurobricks and this is my first MOC.

Welcome to Eurobricks. I have a couple of quick suggestions. First off, make sure your pictures are a good angle to allow us to see everything. Also, make sure the lighting is correct. It is hard to make out the picture. You also might want to take more and put them on brickshelf or flickr and then add a link to your post. Other than that, it looks great.

You need some landscaping on the baseplate. Some plants and some different levels on the ground. That would help a lot. Maybe fewer people and more stuff to give it atmosphere (barrels, wheels, fences, etc.)

Also, some clearer pictures...
