Does anyone know how to make custom transparent pieces?

Like, is there a substance out there, like epoxy or Sculpey that I can make as transparent.

Also, not just transparent clear, but also in transparent-red, blue etc. etc.

I can only give an advice for transparent (clear) pieces.

Here's on example which I made with 3d print and Accura as material:

All examples need a graphical 3d design as base and a printing company to do the final step.
