[MOC] Blue Bank Building

I have built a quite a few buildings for New Block City in nanoscale. I am slowly working on taking the buildings I design in nanoscale and converting them to microscale and vice versa. Thus I recently finished the Blue Bank Building so I could put it in the background of one scene in my new animation.
