Swash Buckler Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Nice review- this is few of those sets of this theme that i would like to have- nice compact and little great pieces like the sharkhead and trident and all... Quote
iminifig Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 (edited) Add a female head and some green hair and you have Marina (from the old Gerry Anderson Stingray series, or Marrina from Marvel comics Alpha Fight) -- or a nice Atlantean figure. Sure :) It was already present in my Flickr set, but not in my review. But here it is anyway :) Edited November 30, 2009 by iminifig Quote
The Green Brick Giant Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Uhm, I'm more from the mid-80's Fabuland and later the classic space lines 'era' :) I skipped over a lot of the later sets when I grew older and started collecting in favour of Technic. But thanks for the info! I had no idea :) Well in that case the piece isn't ancient, you are! Quote
_shaddow_ Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 (edited) Released: January 2010 OMG IT'S A TIME PARADOX ! Without joking, i love this set, this is the only Atlantis set i'm sure to buy, actually. I love the simple and sleek design. Not a fan of the pirate-styled head, thought. prateek Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Awesome review! I like this set a lot. I might get it Quote
80 Dollar Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Wow, this set looks really well done! I might buy this one. :) Thanks for the review! Quote
Batbrick Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Thanks a heap for the review! This looks to be a fantastic little set, I'll be sure to get this one. Certainly something I love about the Atlantis sets is that we can get the awesome minifigs in such reasonably priced sets, which is the main reason I'll be getting this one, no way will I let Sharkman slip through my fingers! Batbrick Away! Quote
CommanderFox Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Great Review MayTheBricksBeWithYou This is a nice little set! It has some really nice parts in it. The figs are quite nice aswell. Well done with the review! CommanderFox Quote
Bricklanta Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Two new mini-figs in a $10 set is a pretty good deal. This will probably be the only Atlantis set I buy. Quote
