First of all, welcome to Eurobricks and I strongly encouraged you to read through the Site Guidelines very carefully in a detailed manner. Posting in a right and legible manner is important, and I will like to see this coming out of you in the upcoming posts. In addition, English is your native languague since I believed you are from Canada, so please type and write well in Eurobricks. Anything less or equivalent to a bad post is not acceptable in Eurobricks.

Thanks.

Hello and welcome.

May I direct you to this thread in which you can indicate with a nifty star that you are a girl, stops confusion later on (it was very useful for me, I can tell you  ). Here's a helpful hint with the typing, preview your post and see how it reads and then correct anything that doesn't seem quite right.

Out of interest, what are your favourite themes and sets? Do you build your own models or do you only collect?

Also: Whitefang, New Brunswick is bilingual, maybe she has French as a first language and English second?
