Nannan Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 Hey guys, These two spaceships are built for Creations for Charity. I haven't made any spaceships in almost a year, so these builds are very refreshing. Comments, criticism, and bidding are welcome! Flickr -Nannan Quote
Dannylonglegs Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 those are beautiful mocs I love last moon, due to the unussual shape, and the fantastic (wireing?) grim star's alittle less apealing to me but is still completely fantastic!!! Quote
Legostein Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 Hello Nannan! Glad to see you here! As usual you managed with a unique use of parts to get an unusual shape. The crescent shape is a great idea with the centered cockpit. What I admire at both vessels is the use of the modified plates with flexible tips, a part that I always wanted to use but did not yet. Particularly fond I am of the cannon of the Grim Star. Sticking lightsabre bars into that gear is a fantastic idea I'll have to remember! Cheers, ~ Christopher Quote
Milan Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 Interesting shapes for sure! I like them very much! Great! Quote
Nannan Posted November 16, 2009 Author Posted November 16, 2009 Thank guys, it's also good to see some familiar people here. I should hang out at EB more often! Quote
Optimus Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 I really like the shape of these. They're both really funky and original. I especially like the use of those technic / bionicle pieces on both ships. Quote
I Scream Clone Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 Nicely done on two original creations. Quirky to say the least. Good luck with the charity. Quote

Nannan Posted November 21, 2009 Author Posted November 21, 2009 Thanks, I'm glad people like the unorthodox shapes, that was my intent in designing them. I tried to make them interesting looking without being too foreign and obscure. Quote
