Purist Joker

I'm trying to make a purist Joker minifig, so no decals, painting or mods.

I'm finding it hard however to find a useful torso or head.

I'm going to use the Dollar Bill hair from Agents, and at the moment I'm using the glow in the dark Snape head, but I want something a bit more "Joker-esque". I'm using the prof. Quirell torso at the moment, but also want something a little more accurate.

And of course, I can't afford any component to the real Joker fig at the moment.

Any ideas that could help me, anyone?

You certainly can!

I'm just waiting on some green hair, though I may end up buying River Heist, in that case I'll have the hair sooner.
