All sets come with instructions, though none of the sets have their boxes/containers. Shipping Cost will be whatever the actual cost is for shipping, plus the amount for the packaging that the set is sent in. I am shipping from Pennsylvania, United States. I have no problem shipping outside the U.S., though the cost might make it not worth it, that's up to you.
