It took me a few months to take and upload the pictures though, which is why I'm only posting these now. The whole culture of mankind is lost, and all that counts is: Survive! ... somehow and by all available means. Your creations capture all aspects of that genre very well. Batbrick Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 Awesome post-apoc stuff here Sir Dillion, I espeically love your building, the deteriorated look of it with the planks and holes in the walls really works, as does the bits of tan colour. The cars are also great, I like seeing post-apoc with a far more realistic bent, the battering ram front on the ute is my favourite part. Batbrick Away! Quote

Thanks for the comment Legostein! I'm not sure I want to be bringing up oppressive feelings for others, but I'm glad I was able to capture the right atmosphere. Awesome MOC dude. I did get a little lazy when building the actual road. I wanted it to fit in with the rest of the display, but probably should have added some craters or other damage. I like the tanks and unusual looking vehicles we often see in this theme, but wanted to go for a more Death Race type of car with these, and I'm glad you like them. Nice, very nice!
