medieval_total_lego Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 this is my conversion of the 3441 playmobil set wich is very similar to 3440, but i hope you enjoy it the same. http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/163085 http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=407986 (when moderated) Quote
Sir Dillon Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 It seems to me like you just built a variant of your sculptor's house. The Playmobil buildings are similar, but not to the extent yours are. The provided picture of the Playmobil model seems to be from the back, but it looks like the whole front and sides are made of stone, and a tudor back. This is a nice creation, but I think it would be more appreciated if it wasn't basically a copy of one of your other builds. Quote
Milan Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 I like this, but I knew I saw it somewhere few days before... until I saw it in your BS folder. I thought this was your sculptor's house. They are very similar. I like the roof and the cute shape. Quote
WesternOutlaw Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 As a big fan of Playmobil, I really like this LEGO rendition. Nice clean tudor style walls with a great roof design. The colors are perfect and the added details make it very nice. Great job! Quote
medieval_total_lego Posted November 10, 2009 Author Posted November 10, 2009 Thank guy for your replies but i want to stress that this is not a real moc but a new version of the sculptor's house. IMHO the best result is the shape of the roof, which is very very close to the original. Quote
