michaelozzie Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 Edward Elephants new custom Hotrod is hitting the town. Quote
Raphy Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 Further proof that Edward Elephant is the absolute eternity's pinnacle of badassness. Quote
Luke McAwesome Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 Very nice MOC, michaelozzie! Nice parts usage, nice colors, and an excellent figure choice! I also noticed he's riding in a coffin. Is this a bad sign? Quote
Milan Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 First thing that poke my eyes is that exhaust covering back wheels. I would remove it. I think Rod would look much better without it! I like the car, color is very nice. Quote
The Who Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 This is a nice car, indeed. I must agree, though; I think the exhaust does look just a little out of place there. The back of the car is also kind of flat. I would recommend adding taillights that bulged out a little, to add some features to the back of the car. I also noticed he's riding in a coffin. Is this a bad sign? Maybe he's not a safe driver and plans ahead of time. Quote
Legostein Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 Hello! Another nice Fabuland creation! Very well done! I like the exhausts for the fact that they provide that "Fabuland-Touch". If I see that correctly you used the mummy sarcophagus bottom as car cockpit. That's quite original use of parts! Cheers, ~ Christopher Quote
michaelozzie Posted October 30, 2009 Author Posted October 30, 2009 Very nice MOC, michaelozzie! Nice parts usage, nice colors, and an excellent figure choice! I also noticed he's riding in a coffin. Is this a bad sign? Yes thats a coffin from the adventurers sets. This is indeed a deathmobile. I think it added to the shape of the car. I might also pimp it out for halloween. Quote
michaelozzie Posted October 30, 2009 Author Posted October 30, 2009 Heres a halloween pimped out version Quote
LuxorV Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 Nice car you created, michaelozzie And the Halloween-y version fits the Fabuland Edge idea quite nicely, imo. LuxorV Quote
Milan Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 Haha, I like trashed can and face of the innocent people! Quote
Big Cam Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 The motor and exhaust are just brilliant. The whole car kind of looks like a 30's or 40's style car, not so much a hotrod. but all is forgiven with the scary version Quote
Professor Flitwick Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Fabuland was before my time (before I was even born, I believe), so I can't comment on how Fabuland-ish it is. But I can comment on how cool it is! I laughed when I saw the skeleton limbs on the wheels. Quote
