Dreamweb Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 Generally, Cross Bone Clipper is more sought after, as it is so rare. I'd definitely get one for parts if I had the chance. But design-wise, the Renegade Runner is certainly the better of the two. Quote
Legoist Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 I prefer the 6268 because of the better colour and sails. Quote
martinsuper Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 Renegade runner is the only original ship I don't own. I don't know why, but I haven't been ina hurry to get one either. So I was one of like two people who voted for clipper. One main reason is because you can buy clippers ALL DAY LONG on ebay for next to nothing. Runners are getting rather expensive. -martinsuper Quote
lightningtiger Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 I prefer the Renegade Runner just because of the color scheme. The Cross bone Clipper has too much green and red which makes it seem <insert that tiresome argument>. Well I'm opposite to that, a female pirate (who is well built up top-OH Yeah) and green (hey it's a talking point on the high seas) - how could this be <insert that tiresome argument> the Renegade Runner uses the same base parts ! Yes I find it odd and that's why I like it ! Quote
Jack Bricker Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 I had the CBC and I have to say I like the RR much better. I have always liked the black and white sails better than the red and white and you can always add a steering wheel to the RR. So yes I prefer the RR to the CBC. Quote
