Hi, I'm a Italian Afol, I finish my city theme (the space in my house is finish, my idea is infinity..) and i start my pirat's city.

I really care because I would have to detail all the king's troops in a only uniform but i don't know about what the differences between the various uniforms taken in the long years of the Lego Pirates series.

Probably will use the latest generation of imperial uniforms, the 2009/10, but I wanted to know if he was English, Spanish, Portuguese, French or fantasy? .. And if possible to have the reference of each imperial standard adopted in all Leser pirates from 89 until today, whether they were Spanish, English ...

Sorry for my bad english and thanks for your time!! :pir-blush:

First up, welcome to Eurobricks!

The old Bluecoats are generally said to be French, and the old Redcoats are English, as these match the uniforms of the time most closely.

The Armada troops are Spanish, or sometimes Portuguese.

The new Redcoats have no specific country assigned to them, but they are mostly English the the eyes of fans.

Be sure to check out the Great Pirate Torso Library for custom designs, and this thread has got a discussion about what the different factions represent.
