Capn Frank Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 The MOPD-1A is the UNSC's answer for a much needed urban assault vehicle. MOPD stands for Mobilization Of Personel Device, but is commonly referred to as "moped". This vehicle will be featured in Halo 16. This vehicle is one wheel drive, and is capable of navigating through any narrow ally. UNSC Marins have been known to even drive though derelict buildings. A small grenade launcher is mounted in the rear to ward off anybody crazy enough to chase the MOPD. There are only two minor disadvantages for this versatile vehicle. First, there is no cover provided for the pilot or gunner, and second, when this vehicle is carrying two Spartans, acceleration is almost non-existent.
