I started building a ship today, and it is almost done, missing the crew, the mast and the sails... I still need to choose a minifig idol (wich do you think its better? King Kahuka, Golden Knight or black admiral) it is going to be a pirate medium sized vessel... it will posseses 8 cannons (for now i have 4 :pir_bawling: ) it will posses a crew of about 5 -6 members...

But more than this, Ill try to do a hard challenge: do a good pirate ship with Viking boat hull: I am going to use the longboat front, 2 middle sections and a little section with 9 studs...

I n eed a hint for it name too :pir-blush:

It's pretty hard to make a decent pirate ship from a viking bow. :pir-sceptic:

Of course you can always try, and I'd love to see where you come up with since they're rather unique.

I would choose the black admiral as idol.

8 cannons on 2 midsections is quite crowded IMO. Perhaps you can try with your 4 cannons first.

And a name... hmm... Names are always hard so I have to think about that one. :pir_laugh2:

Good luck on your ship!

Hey SirGoldenKnight!

My main comment here is that you shouldn't post a thread for your MOC until you at least have some WIP shots of it. Threads are a lot more successful when they have an image in the first post. Otherwise they tend to fall to the bottom of the first page, then onto the second, then onto the third etc. When they are revived even with images, people still don't pay much attention because they have already read about it and they know there are no pictures. So my words of wisdom: Don't post a MOC thread until you have images! :pir-wink:

And your ship sounds cool, I hope you can rectify that image situation I mentioned above in the near future. :pir-sweet:
