paul_delahaye Posted October 4, 2009 Posted October 4, 2009 Just spotted this calendar on shop at home, seems quite an unusual way for Lego to go, although supporting charity is good, and the pictures look like they have some comedy aspect in them as well: (See the lego man under the incoming tennis ball!) http://shop.lego.com/ByTheme/Product.aspx?...cn=61&d=100 Quote
Joey Lock Posted October 4, 2009 Posted October 4, 2009 Well Ill be buying that to help! Mabye 2. It all goes to the National Autistic Society. I thought it would be something for Cancer but I guess its because Autism affects children. Do you think someone close to the Jørgen Vig Knudstorp could have Autism? Just a thought. Quote
Big Cam Posted October 4, 2009 Posted October 4, 2009 I find it hard to understand why LEGO won't sell this in the united states. Do they think autism only affects the british? Quote
Front Posted October 4, 2009 Posted October 4, 2009 I think this offer on shop@home is a result of a good relationship between Lego UK and National Autistic Society (in UK). Quote
ziljin Posted October 4, 2009 Posted October 4, 2009 Maybe they didn't find a proper NA group for Autism? Quote
ccc123 Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 Maybe they didn't find a proper NA group for Autism? http://www.autism.org.uk/lego - official charity partner of LEGO UK this is part of a partnership with the charity. Quote
