Lego Store Pick a Brick help?

Hi guys! [and gals! ]

In November I will be going to the Lego Retail store in the Downtown Disney marketplace. When I go there I will be purchasing about four or five [large] Pick a Brick cups. Having read the topic a few pages back, I have come to ask: Do any of you have tips as to get the most pieces stuffed in a Pick a Brick cup?

I really want to get a good value for my money.
