Sir Tsaboc Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 Well, I spent 1.5 hours in the making, but the final masterpiece is complete! Achilles, the beautiful, semi-immortal, Greek hero in the Trojan War. Decals by Kaminoan, custom shield and sword and paint by me. Some work with minifigure posing. http://www.flickr.com/photos/sirtsaboc/3934260979/ Please let me know what you think! Quote
Eurobricks Emperor Bonaparte Posted September 19, 2009 Eurobricks Emperor Posted September 19, 2009 Very nice work, this looks great! And it's such a coincidence that I was going to watch the movie Troy actually right now. Quote
Sir Tsaboc Posted September 19, 2009 Author Posted September 19, 2009 Thanks! Haha, I was too! On FX, right? The Last Samurai was just on! Quote
Eurobricks Emperor Bonaparte Posted September 19, 2009 Eurobricks Emperor Posted September 19, 2009 Thanks! Haha, I was too! On FX, right? The Last Samurai was just on! I borrowed the "director's cut" Blu-ray from a friend. It's 196 min long (30 min more compared to the normal version) Quote
Sir Tsaboc Posted September 19, 2009 Author Posted September 19, 2009 Oh wow! Lucky! I must see that! The director's cut of LOTR was absolutely amazing, Troy is a must-have! Quote
Captain Blackmoor Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 I have always been a big fan of this movie. And I must say your Achilles looks quite good! Nice paint job, I'm not too fond of the large sword he is holding in the first picture. Quote
