This is ridiculous! You people are going to bring th entire Manor down!

Take it easy! We can solve this without having to destroy anything, wouldn't you agree?

I agree completly! Call this OOC if you wish, but keep in line guys. The Voice wants this game a little more grim, so stop it. :hmpf_bad:

Eh, it doesn't seem like anyone lives here anyway...

What do you mean? Violence is always[/b[ the answer.

Is it? I doubt it, but if you could just knock that darned door down, this would be easier.

Hey! My friend owns this place, Jimmy, and I just don't want you guys tearing it down just because he's late.

Where is he anyway? He's pretty late...... Ah! Dinner is ready, my friends.

I know thats either rooster with wine or something else with wine.

Care to translate

Now I think it will be perfectly reasonable to climb through the chimney after dinner, I mean it is the 1930's, it is normally a childs job.

Yes, it is indeed Rooster with Wine, and I think it would be hard to climb through the chimney.

All the doors in athe house are old, large, and quite bulky, and therefore almost imposwsible to dent, no matter what te group tries. They'll either have to find the keys, or try something else.

After attempting to destroy the house, the group remeets in the dining room, where Clarence has brought food, with the help of Florance.

Perhaps we should discuss why we are all here while we're waiting. That teacher seems to think he's here for a school function. Has anyone else got any other story?

I was told I was invited by a friend at the pub and he said some guy said he knew me. Faisser was one of my fathers friends. I wasn't suprised at the time but now it seems weird he invited me. I only once met him when I was a young boy.

Well, Lord Fassier hired my for my unmatchable cooking skills, I took the job partly because of a good pay, partly because my previous employer comitted suicide. He poisoned himself.

He poisoned himself.

You sure it wasn't your food that killed him? :sceptic:

I would prefer not to eat food Florance prepares. I've got some army K-rations I can munch on. :classic:

Me and Lord Faisser were old buddies in the army. He figured since we're both getting old, it would be a good idea to get together before it's too late.

Positive, poison was the cause of death, confirmed by an autopsy.

Maybe I'll have to spell it out. Did you poison him?

No, I didn't. He committed suicide, plain and simple. If you want to know the details, come with me.

Drags Srgnt Johnson in to the next room

Now, now, that's just rude. You shouldn't question the old woman like that.

Perhaps we should consider picking rooms for the night.

All the others agree as Madame Florance slips into the kitchen quickly, saying she needs to check on something.

Here's a map of the servant queaters.

The rooms are devided by walls, even if they are not in this picture. I advise that we each pick a room to sleep in.

What! We have to sleep in the servants quarters! The outrage!

Well, the food is nice, and it is getting late so I guess we should take Lord whats-his-name's advice and pick a room. Personally, I don't want to be at either end, I want to be near the middle thank you very much, safety in numbers and all that. If anyone wants me for prayer, I'll be available. :classic: I'll take room 7 I think, nice odd number an all.
