MOC: Medium blue modular apartment

I made this medium blue modular apartment house a few nights ago and wanted to share it with my friends here at Eurobricks:

I must say I like the roof best!

Colors are nice, also, and so are those arches!

I think this is great but in my opinion it looks more like a stand alone building than a modular one. I think a slanted roof might make it fit in better with the other modular buildings but other than that it looks great.

That is very good. It looks like any random apartment building you will see in the old parts of a city's downtown core. Great job

One suggestion would be to change the colour of the sidewalk from black to dk. grey to give uniformity in your modular street.

It`s very solid MOC.

Combination of colours, size, proportions ect.

Thanks for everyones comments! I thought about a slanted roof, but it didn't seem right with the blockish-ness of the building design.

Though may I suggest making the stairs going through the center, allowing two apartments to be added to each side?

Just a thought, but if not, that's okay. Great work!
