Fuzzy Posted September 8, 2009 Posted September 8, 2009 Hi everyone, I'm new so be nice! I've been coming to this site for years, but never had a reason to post until now. Thought I'd show you my version of the Joker from The Dark Knight. I know I know, it is over a year since that film, and I didn't do this just yesterday. I'm trying to get together the resources and time to make my own lego movie and have finally completed this stage of creating Lego versions of some of the characters. Feedback is more than welcome. I prefer painting to decals, as you can see. http://www.flickr.com/photos/42304074@N04/3901022288/ p.s. How do I post the picture on here? I know that is poking a sleeping dragon with a sharp stick, but I cannot host the picture, or find the means to too easily! Quote
samthelegoman1 Posted September 8, 2009 Posted September 8, 2009 The hair and the face look very realistic! I especially like that you made it look like a real trenchcoat by painting along the legs! Quote
Lt. Col. Thok Posted September 8, 2009 Posted September 8, 2009 Wow. That is fantastic! That is definitely the best Joker TDK custom I've seen (without cloth elements) Nicely done. Quote
Capt. Kirk Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 I'll help you. p.s. How do I post the picture on here? I know that is poking a sleeping dragon with a sharp stick, but I cannot host the picture, or find the means to too easily! Login on flickr... go to the image that you want to show... above the image you click "all sizes"... now scroll down... you'll see "To link to this photo on other websites you can either"... you see 2 options (1. Copy and paste this HTML into your webpage or 2. Grab the photo's URL)... take the last one and copy the URL and past this in your text box on EuroBricks. Select this URL again and push "insert image"... that's the button with the landscape (the one between the 2 buttons with the "+" sign)... click ok and that's it. Please also visit this page Quote
Big Cam Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 Very detailed fig. That's a skill you have, being able to paint on such a tiny canvas. Quote
