Peeron call it "Royal Mail Horn Pattern" but it looks like the Danish, Norwegian, Spanish -- and other? -- post logos. So, once again, a generic but very credible logo.

Clever of LEGO, and now finally that mystery will not bother me anymore.

I find real life companies that have been used in LEGO sets interesting, LEGO must have asked permission and was nice promotions for companies to have been featured.

Some notable ones I like have been Shell, McDonald's and Coca-Cola

I actually found this out only yesterday, from that NY Times article I believe. I just thought that they where only in europe. On the other hand, I thought Maersk was fake until I saw a truck on the streets one day...

But then again, perhaps that Maerks truck you saw was just Lego people, driving around, messing with people's heads... :p
