WWII Afrika Korps Infantry Uniform

Ones again I did a lot of research to have the correct uniform...

The uniform you see is one of the Deutsches Afrika Korps aka DAT and more specific the one they used in their Tunisian Campaign in 1943. The difference is in the accesoires (Mauser 98K pouch, Erma MP38/40 pouch, M43 Stick grenade + M39b Smoke grenade, P08 Hard shell, Field Binoculars (6x30), Cap, ).

For the record, the pictures that Joey Lock added isn't the uniform of the "Deutsches Afrika Korps" but the ones from the English.

I can't find many High-Def pictures.

I dont necessarily need high def pictures. Pictures like the one I quote are the best.

But I also need details,... the anno puches, the belt & buckle, the tunic, insignia, ect.

You will see that you spend quit some time on this...

But if you want me to make one... I need it... sorry.

THought I'd help out with the old British uniform quest, seeing as well, I'd like to see some Tommy goodness to replace the uniforms I have already.

The British wore a design known as The Battle Dress, something the American's later copied and called the Ike Jacket. It's noted as the worst Allied uniform produced, but also the most produced. For every, and I mean EVERY, theatre of war, this uniform was readjusted to suit it.

Generally, these were the main two uniform styles used by Tommies in WW2. All they did was change the colour of the cotton and boom, instant Tommy, just add Lee Enfield.

I hope this helps in designing your decals. As said, I'll also keep an eye out, to see what I can do to turn my South Essex (SAH!) from a load of Soviet Colonel clones into, well, a bunch of British soldiers of to kick hun bum.
