Well, I recently made the perfect Freeco-bike in my opinion, and Lego's about to make one. So have you ever worked hours on end on a new MOC, buying all of these new minifigs and it all rounds out to be $50, and everything is included in a $30 set, that looks a whole lot better?

Now my Freeco bike isn't that great, so I'll be happy to scrap it and get some pieces back, but one time after I made a whole custom Kit Fisto, I decided to blow it all off and buy the JSF and Booster Ring set!

So go ahead, tell your tales!

Well, I spent a lot of time and effort trying to paint the black Marion hair blond, then the Temple of Doom set came out, which uses that hair in blond on Willie.

Well, I spent a lot of time and effort trying to paint the black Marion hair blond, then the Temple of Doom set came out, which uses that hair in blond on Willie.

Upon buying the first Indy sets to come out, I immediately painted one of the Fedoras black. Pointless effort. I was about to start making a custom Mola Ram also, which I'm glad I didn't.

When I got the old AT-AT a few years ago, I made a Hoth base to go with it, but it turned out to be crap, so I took it apart.

It happens all the time to me, which is why I don't really do all that much MOCing and minifig customizing, especially if it is something TLG might do.

It was around 1992, I was in one of my cousins house who was also a LEGO maniac and a Space theme fan and I started building a replica of the TIE Fighter from Star Wars. I had just watched the first movie and I was influenced.
