Imperial Governer Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 Sorry if anybody already posted this! I just read that Spielberg and Lucas are aiming for the 5th Indiana Jones to starting filming next year, 2010, and be released into theaters by 2011. Rumors if the release dates, including 2010, 2012, and 2013, are to be proven false if this release date of 2011 is actually comfirmed! We just MIGHT get to see "the man in the fedora" in two years! Oky Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 You "just read" it? Before you state/link to a reliable source, nothing is proven or confirmed. Quote
Big Cam Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 No link = no care. But even if it is true, Lucas is just hoarding money, you don't mess with something that is perfect. He was just itching for money when he made number 4 and look how that turned out. I think he did the right thing with Star Wars in going off onto other venues like the cartoon series adn the new TV series coming. George Lucas may be a brilliant man but he doesn't always know when to stop. Quote
Darth Legolas Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 No-link-I don't care anyway! Sounds terrible, yum! Quote
Imperial Governer Posted August 21, 2009 Author Posted August 21, 2009 This article is pretty recent. http://www.slashfilm.com/2009/07/05/harris...e-date-planned/ I'm sorry I forgot to post it. Quote
Svelte Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 That story actually says they don't trust the source that made this announcement and that they'll believe it when it's officially announced... Nothing to see here people, move along Quote
