For you people who can't read swedish: I got contacted through my blog by a productioncompany that makes a kids program on SVT (Swedish national TV) called Philofix. They are now searching for a "LEGO-expert", preferably in the Stockholm-region, that can build something cool on the show. Quote
Joey Lock Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 You do realise that since this is a English Speaking site, that everyone here should be able to understand plain English... So whats the Expert needed for? I mean, If they need a Expert, that must mean its got to be something big. Quote
Etzel Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 So whats the Expert needed for? I mean, If they need a Expert, that must mean its got to be something big. I don't think "expert" must mean something big. They just want someone to build something cool, small or big, in front of the camera. Expert in this case doesn't mean a professional or something like that, just someone that is good enough at building to show on TV. I don't think I'm interested, but hopefully there is someone else that is. Quote
HumanPackMule Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 I wonder if one of my mom's cousins can translate this Quote
Mirandir Posted August 21, 2009 Author Posted August 21, 2009 You do realise that since this is a English Speaking site, that everyone here should be able to understand plain English...So whats the Expert needed for? I mean, If they need a Expert, that must mean its got to be something big. I'm sorry. I were just to lazy to translate it and after all it's pretty much meant for the swedes frequenting this forum. Oh, and it's like Etzel says. The "expert" they're looking for is an AFOL who can build something cool. The show is a kind of crafting show for kids. It's only about 12 minutes long and it probably needs to be something the kids could do with their own collection. So it's most likely not going anywhere near big. And I guess anyone who's speaking swedish can apply for it. But I doubt they'll pay any travel expenses as they're specifically asking for someone in Stockholm. Quote
CopMike Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 This is so cool, now we need to whip up an "expert" . I´ll see about the close-to-Stockholm thing, I´ll be back with info on that. Quote
