Burf2000 Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 (edited) Yeah I know its been around for a while but I finally started using it last night and its great. I so far added about half my sets but i just think its a brill, easy to use site if anyone cares lol (list based on built models so I know how many I have done) http://www.brickset.com/search/?owned=burf2000 I saw someone had like over 1000 sets, i think i can get half way there lol Edited August 21, 2009 by burf2000 Quote
Big Cam Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 I too started using brickset just a few weeks ago, I finally cataloged all my old sets from when I was a kid back in the 80's (I'm old) lets see if my computer wizardry can manage to get my link for everyone to enjoy. http://www.brickset.com/search/?ownedBy=Big+Cam Quote
paanjang16 Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 Yes, Brickset is great! Managed to look-up and list down all my sets my parents bought for me from the 80s to now. My collection: http://www.brickset.com/search/?OwnedBy=paanjang16 Quote
Skipper 24 Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 Hmm I think I may start my own. Here's my profile. I will add more as time goes on as it will probably take me quite a while to find all my sets. I'm going to start with Star Wars . Quote
posades Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 I was using Peeron to catalog my sets, but that kind of stopped after a while. I think I may start a profile at Brickset and input all my sets when I get a chance, shouldn't be too hard since I have all the instructions in one big container. Quote
Big Cam Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 The site seems to take forever to load but once it does, I love it. When I can't remember if i have a set or not (old ones) I can go and verifiy what came in it since all my old ones are dismantled in a bin :( Quote
Teddy Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 yes I love brickset too. It is susch a great medium. I've used it the last two years to keep track of the sets I own. If anybody is interested here is the link to my profile: Profile on brickset Quote
Norro Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 I still use Lugnet and peeron. It's all about the parts... God Bless, Nathan Quote
Burf2000 Posted August 27, 2009 Author Posted August 27, 2009 I would love to list my parts i have but i probably have 10 to 15 times more parts in boxes than models lol, been slowly sorting it out for years Quote
Spyder Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 I use Brickset all the time, it's great. I really love how they have been adding all these great features to it over the past couple weeks. Quote
