Looks great Hound Knight! I think the red clashes a bit with the blue on the decal, I think it's better to use white and blue instead. But that's just my opinion.

The tire shako looks nice as well.

It makes a very nice effect! Shame it may be a bit to big to fit on a Bicorne.

Well you can get hundreds over here. I remember we always used to use them in School. We use them for making models in Geography, using Pipe Cleaners, Scrap paper e.t.c. So they must be easy to find all over the world.

They're usually found in art and craft stores, I doubt many people actually use them to clean pipes anymore. And it's Michaelozzie's idea I think.
