Spyder Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 (edited) I told Commander Flash that I would make some Knights of the Old Republic (KOTOR) MOCs, so here's one of 'em. (hint, hint.) The Sith Interceptor: Manufacturer: The Star Forge Armament: Two laser cannons Era: Old Republic era First off, I must say, that the cockpit was inspired by Saber Scorpion's Sith Interceptor. Secondly, you might ask why it's a green screen background. That's because I wanted to put in cool backgrounds, I just didn't have the patience. Thirdly, you might ask why one of the pictures has a black stand and the rest have a green one. This is because half way through taking the pictures, I thought that the black stand looked ugly on the green background, so I replaced it. Finally, here we go. A corner shot: A profile-type shot: The back. I will admit that the engine isn't perfect, but it's hard to make with Lego, and I haven't seen anybody else who's made this get the engine right, so meh. I tried to make the cannon come out of the side of the tip of the wing like on the real thing. Here it is straight on. See how well the green stand blends in? Here's the underside. I forgot to take a shot of the top, so I'll have to do that when I get back from Florida in a two weeks. ( I leave tomorrow) Well, that's it. Comments and constructive criticism always welcome. Oops! Almost forgot! The gallery is chock-full of more pictures. Edited August 12, 2009 by Spyder Quote
Mraz Skintas Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 It's a great little MOC you have there. I do think that the wings should be a little longer going toward the front, though I may be wrong. I need to go check a picture..... I also think you should make a pilot for it, probably using Clone Killer's decals. Great work overall, keep it up. Off topic: But whatever happened to the Sith Supremacy game Flash stared? This would be good in it too. (Added on topic bit there. ) Quote

I need to go check a picture..... I think I made the cockpit a little bit too long. I also think you should make a pilot for it, probably using Clone Killer's decals. I just have to buy some decal paper, and then I can use both yours and Clone Killer's great decals. But whatever happened to the Sith Supremacy game Flash stared? This would be good in it too. I was originally going to make this for Sith Supremacy, but all of a sudden, the game kind of died. Plus, I'm leaving tomorrow for Florida. Maybe we can have a Sith Supremacy 2 with a new schedule in a month or two, 'cause I have school to get back to. Quote
Commander Flash Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 Good Sith fighter. Saber made a good one but you improved Quote
UsernameMDM Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 Looks pretty slick but a bit fragile. Quote
Commander Flash Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 Like the ship. The original is easy to make and cheap, so the Sith made millions of them Quote
JimBee Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 I like this. Simple, yet sleek and sharp. Well done. Quote
RileyC Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 Im not a big fan of the kotor games but I like the look of this ship. Its got good sharp edges and the x wing cockpit works well on it. I wouldve liked to see a bit more detailing on it though. Great moc! Quote
Spyder Posted August 23, 2009 Author Posted August 23, 2009 Looks pretty slick but a bit fragile. All Lego creations are gonna be fragile, but this one surprisingly holds up pretty well. I wouldve liked to see a bit more detailing on it though. I'm hoping to add some nice greebling on it before I use it in a larger MOC, comic, or whatever I'll use it for. Good Sith fighter. Saber made a good one but you improved Thanks, I'm flattered. Scorp does have some great mocs. I like this. Simple, yet sleek and sharp. Well done. Thanks. Quote
