A few minutes ago I was looking for on Lego part replacement and they didn't have the piece i was looking for (Raanu's red claw, part of his shield)

And i used the function where I type the description of the piece and then it wanted me to put my name, address etc. Then It said the piece should arrive at my house in about three weeks. Is it going to charge me or not?

If they charge you for the piece, they will send an e-mail a few days later, and you have to provide your credit card number or send a check or something (they will tell you how much the parts cost), and if you don't within 10 days of that e-mail, the request and everything is ignored.

If you only request for 2 or so pieces, usually they just send it for free without any other e-mails other than the one that asks for your to participate in a survey and stuff like that.
