Cyclone Titan Posted August 7, 2009 Posted August 7, 2009 Who's dying this summer? Nearly everyone. John Hughes, one of my favorite directors, died today of a heart attack while taking a walk. In case you were wondering he was the guy who directed (and sometimes wrote) "Ferris Bueller's Day Off", "Planes, Trains and Automobiles", "National Lampoon's Vacation", "Weird Science", "Sixteen Candles", "The Breakfast Club", and "Home Alone 1 and 2". CT Perhaps Cameron's father found out who made Ferris crash his Ferrari? Quote
HumanPackMule Posted August 7, 2009 Posted August 7, 2009 That's a surprise. My sister and dad love Ferris Bueller's day off Quote
Commander Flash Posted August 7, 2009 Posted August 7, 2009 This has been one horrible summer for losing people. I loved those movies Quote

Brickvergnugen Posted August 7, 2009 Posted August 7, 2009 Truly a loss. I didn't realize he was the writer behind the entire Vacation series until last night. I'll have the Marty Moose theme song in my head all day. What a comedic talent! Quote
