muffinmanifestation Posted July 31, 2009 Posted July 31, 2009 Captain Kieth's Cannon Captain Kieth decided that enough was enough. He had been a captian of one of the largest ships in the English Fleet, and he can't take going to the grocery store or anywhere else in the little beat-up sedan, so he spent four and a half years in his basement using only the parts he could find in his house and the dumpster beside it. Now he can't leave the house without looking totally awesome. Oh yeah, this was built for the LEGO Steampunk Group's 100 piece contest, and if I'm not mistaken, it's exactly 100 pieces: Quote
Tom Bricks Posted August 2, 2009 Posted August 2, 2009 Looks good, I especially like the use of the helmets. Great job with a limited piece count too. Quote
zouave Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Wow that look great. It looks like it could really work. The color scheme is wonderful. Quote
Milan Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Awesome! I am always impressive about that steam! Really nice looking! Quote
Legostein Posted November 7, 2009 Posted November 7, 2009 Hello! Very inventive use of parts! How do the helmets stick to those boxes? I also like the steam realized by the ice cream piece. Cheers, ~ Christopher Quote
SlyOwl Posted November 7, 2009 Posted November 7, 2009 Very smoothly built! Love the helmet/box integration, and the way the smoke blends together is really nice. Quote
